We had a group of 6 and were extremely comfortable with our stay. Very lovely home with all amenities we needed. When we had questions we had very fast response back from the host. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Nashville.

This is a comfortable, spacious, modern home. The home is set up nicely with comfortable beds with nice towels and linens. WiFi was great, but need to have streaming services as TV selection is limited. Host was very quick to respond to any requests that we had. The house is conveniently located, about a mile from downtown, but the street was a little noisy during the weekday. Only suggestion would be to improve the number of kitchen tools and pots.

We had plenty of space and everything we needed for a comfortable stay for our family. The hosts were excellent at communicating and were generous in allowing an earlier check-in time. We would stay here again. :)

Easy check-in and communication from the host. The Airbnb property was very nice, clean, renovated, and affordable. The surrounding area has potential, but you can tell it’s slowly being gentrified. Overall it was a solid stay.

Beautiful & spacious for our group! Less than 5 minute inexpensive Uber ride. Great location to downtown! Beds could be a bit more comfortable, but over space & amenities were great for all of us!

Great place to stay for the weekend with a large group. Spacious and lots of beds. Location was close to Broadway and there were also restaurants, etc. in walking distance.

We enjoyed our stay. We are a walking family, so to us it was walkable to the Gulch and Broadway areas no problem. The place was cozy, clean, and had comfortable beds. Also plenty of space. We would stay there again.

The house was perfect! It was exactly as described and in the pictures. We loved the layout, having 2 families there were 3 levels each with bedrooms. Everyone had their own space and we didn't feel cramped. The location was also great. Within 15 minutes to downtown Nashville but without the traffic and bustle of being downtown. Was located near many stores (Walmart, Kroger) and was in a nice neighborhood. Was The TV had a Roku stick which was nice for when we had downtime and could sign into our apps to watch TV/movies. House was also equipped with pots and pans, etc. We made breakfast each day. Also, the beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept on! Overall, we really enjoyed staying here and will definitely be back when we return to Nashville!

Great place to stay for a visit to Nashville. Walkable to lots of restaurants and bars and had tons of space for everyone who went on the trip with us! The rooms were all very nicely put together as well!

Loved our stay here! Plenty of room to accommodate. Would recommend cleaning products, like spray and more basic kitchen necessities like spices if you plan to cook/clean during your stay. Otherwise, perfect 10/10.

Great place to stay! Our family was in town for NYE and we had plenty of space for 4 college kids and 2 parents. Ample parking and great communication from host. Yes there are some scuffs and stains, but it was clean & it's still an excellent alternative to an overpriced hotel with all the comforts of home. Would book again!

We enjoyed our stay here. Our building was directly next to Douglas Avenue which made it a bit noisy along with the train that passed by every few hours. Other than that the place was spotless and easy to access. Being 10 minutes from downtown was pretty convenient. Overall it was a great experience and would 100% recommend staying here!

Beautiful house located within a 10-15 minute drive of all the activities in downtown Nashville. Up-and-coming neighborhood with beautiful view from the hilltop of the city skyline. We enjoyed being able to cook some food at home during our stay, and the beds were comfortable.

Beautifully appointed apartment with a great wallpaper game and stylish collection of baskets installed on the high walls. The beds were VERY comfortable so we slept well between late nights at the honky tonks. The Hosts provided some coupons for Ladybird Taco, which was a nice touch. The area is very quiet and walking distance to the 12 South shopping area, but a car ride away from most of the action in Nashville.

Beautiful, little house that truly lives up to the “charmer” name. It’s full of character and almost feels like a trip back in time. We watched a bunch of VHS tapes and adored all of the Elvis and Marilyn decor. Location is fantastic and walkable to five points, but tucked away from the mayhem of busy streets

We stayed for new years and everything was absolutely perfect! Plenty of room for everyone and lots to do nearby. The cleanest place we have ever stayed! Only “negative” is the amount of stairs! So many stairs!

The property is excellent for the price. I will recommend it if you have a small group.

Plenty of space and so cute! I wish we could've taken advantage of the rooftop area but it was too cold to go up there. It looked like the perfect lounge area!

This location was very clean and offered plenty of space for our stay. The location is close to downtown and was easily accessible. The only thing I’d say was we felt the home could’ve been located in a safer area. We felt the area was developing into a higher class area, but every couple blocks had areas that definitely shouldn’t be walked at night. From the Uber to the house and the house to the Uber is all the adventuring I would do at this location. Other than that, the home itself is wonderful and great for big groups!

Surprisingly close to everything we wanted to do, and four blocks from the fantastic farmers market. Free off street parking makes getting anywhere via car simple. Lots of space, the loft area upstairs was a nice second gathering area. Owners were super quick and responsive. We will book this location again.

Very beautiful home in a nice area. The two main challenges are getting into the garage and the lack of parking. Since there’s no parking outside the unit and we were asked to park inside the garage, I had to be dropped off and walk around the building to the end unit and open the garage door from the inside to park the car. The garage door opener isn’t left for the guests to use so this was a major inconvenience. The other challenge is the lack of guest parking at the townhouse complex. Even though we followed the rules of parking, others didn’t. Since this listing is the end unit with no exit on our side, we were blocked in because other units had guests that didn’t have a place to park.

The place was fantastic. The only thing I can find to complain about was the limited amount of towels and bath cloths. We bought extra while we were there. The kitchen was very nice and we all enjoyed being able to stay together. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay with lots of room for two families with kids. We all were very comfortable and felt right at home! The garage was a plus for us for keeping our full size suv parked inside during our visit. The kitchen was stocked well enough for us to cook in the house a few times during our stay and all of the bedrooms were very cozy. We hope to stay here again on our next visit to Nashville!

We had a great time and the place was perfect for our group. The location was a short Uber ride to Broadway. Conveniently located. Host was extremely accommodating before and throughout our entire stay. Would highly recommend!

This property was ideal for our trip to Nashville in terms of the size and space we needed for our family group. The hosts were super responsive and friendly in communication. The space was clean and clear of clutter. The beds were comfortable and the heating worked really well. It was a $7-8 Uber to get to most places we needed to go which was convenient. The only two less than positive elements were that the sofa bed was not comfortable and the constant movement of people coming and going across the street made us uncomfortable. We kept the curtains closed just as we had children with us and also overheard loud arguments in the night coming from the housing across the street.

The private balcony is really nice and a cool hangout stop before hitting up the bars. Every room having their own bathroom was also a plus !

This was an exceptional townhouse - really nice accommodations, roomy, super clean and in a great location. The host was outstanding with proactive info and so responsive to questions. Parking was super and included. We parked our large car on the street with a pass and other one in the carport. With 4 beds/4 full baths everyone had plenty of room. We walked to some great casual restaurants for dinner/brunch and we also walked to coffee and ice cream as well as several cute boutique shops. We also ubered/drove into the city or the shops on 12 south - all were within 10 mins by car. This location was perfect- very safe feeling too! We had a super first time visit to Nashville and would definitely stay here again. I have already recommended this home to others. Thank you so much for a fantastic stay!!

Nice house, felt like there was plenty of space. Great location, not far from points if interest. Playground directly across the street that our kids enjoyed.

Our stay was awesome. The place was furnished nicely with comfortable beds. We were 2 miles from downtown a mile from 12 south area and 10 min from the Zoo and the airport. 11 of us stayed there and we had plenty of room
